Your journey begins in the Enoteca Monte della Torre, where you will be welcomed by one of our Wine Educators. The sensory experience starts with a tasting of our Metodo Classico Plus Noir, a sparkling expression that reflects the elegance of the region.
You will then be guided on a tour of the winery, uncovering the secrets behind our craft and gaining insight into the meticulous stages of the production process. After exploring the barrique cellar, you will return to the evocative and exclusive halls of the Enoteca Monte della Torre. Here, the tasting continues in comfort, accompanied by stunning views of Montefalco and the Sagrantino vineyards.
The experience is completed with a refined selection of typical Umbrian gastronomic delights, perfectly paired to enhance the wines and provide a full immersion into the flavors of the region.
