Accessibility statement

Arnaldo Caprai Società Agricola s.r.l. is committed to making the website www.arnaldocaprai.it accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

Reference standard

The technical reference is the European standard EN 301 549, which for web content refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

How the website meets accessibility requirements

  • The "Accessibility options" button, at the bottom right above the chat, lets you enlarge text, choose a more readable font, increase contrast and spacing, stop animations and use a reading guide or mask. Your choices are saved in the browser.
  • All features can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • A "Skip to main content" link lets you bypass the menu on every page.
  • The main menu opens and closes with the keyboard, closes with the Esc key and communicates its state to screen readers.
  • Images, buttons, links, videos and maps have a name or a text alternative.
  • Form fields have associated labels and support autofill of personal data.
  • Pages adapt to screens 320 pixels wide and to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Carousels that move automatically have a control to pause them.
  • Links that open a new tab announce it to screen readers.
