Afterwards, your discovery of the barrique cellar will be accompanied by a tasting of the 'Cuvée Secrète' label, a white wine made from the estate's best white grapes, with a developed olfactory spectrum thanks to a rapid passage in French oak. The restricted access located in the barrique cellar will take you back to the evocative and exclusive rooms of the Enoteca Monte della Torre, where you can taste our wines comfortably seated enjoying a breathtaking setting.
