A unique itinerary during which you will be welcomed into our Enoteca Monte della Torre by theour Wine Educator and you will have the opportunity to take a wine-tasting tour of theSignature Collection line, made using the full vinification technique incollaboration with internationally renowned French oenologist Michel Rolland. The discovery of thebarrique cellar will be accompanied by the tasting of the two labels 'Malcompare Umbria PinotNero IGT' and 'Belcompare Umbria Merlot IGT', expressions of the continuous striving forexperimentation and innovation at Arnaldo Caprai.The reserved access located in the barrique cellar will take you back to the evocative rooms of the Enoteca Monteof the Tower where you can taste our wines comfortably seated in the most completeconfidentiality. The current vintage and the 2013 vintage of each will be served at the same time.of our Sagrantino, being able to enjoy the opportunity to taste it as it is born and how it isevolves over time releasing its aptitude for ageing.
